PLL Fashion: Emily Fields & Mona Vanderwall

It is the holiday season over here! I hope everyone is having a good Raya break :) I enjoyed my simple but fulfilling day of IKEA meatballs, mattress hunting and "Champagne Chicken". Now it's back to assignments while watching VMA on TV...but before that, let me finish the last installment of PLL Fashion.

Emily Fields

The last of the 4 main stars in the series. Why are they all so hot? :)

Emily's fashion style is rather different from the other three who are more stylish and dressy in general. Emily has a more 'sporty' style (as seen above) probably because she's the athletic one in the bunch. 

Sporty is not really my style so most of Emily's outfits doesn't really appeal much to me...however, Emily also wears ALOT of slouchy tees that I am currently lusting for and can never seem to get enough of! Here's some ...

Red slouchy cropped tee, perfect for that off-shoulder touch.

Okay, I just saw Aria's picture on the left and would like to bring your attention to her nails. The minute I saw them I was like..."I MUST get that shade of mint green!". Oh, even Emily wore this colour as well (below)! I suppose it was 'calling' out to me :p

 So on Sunday, I got my nails painted in mint green!! Mine was from OPI Pirates of the Carribean collection and I absolutely love it!!! :) :) #satisfied

Back to Emily's fashion..

Love this 3/4 sleeve tee with sheer sleeves..

..and this paint splattered cropped tee.

and this candy striped cropped slouchy tee...gosh where does she get her supply of tees from!!

There were many more but I just can't find pictures of them though..anyway, there were a few times when Emily wore some gorgeous dresses...

Like this one, during homecoming. Loving the cut and the electric blue colour.

..and this long electric blue (again) dress she wore during the fashion show.

But, the post does not end here. I just want to bring your attention to another character I (secretly) love from PLL- Mona Vanderwall.

I think she's pretty, you may disagree if you want. And yes, she is Chinese mix caucasion hence the Pan-Asian look. Her real name is Janel Parish if you are wondering..

I think she looks like one of my favourite actresses from The Vampire Diaries - Malese Jow (below- also mixed Chinese & Caucasion).

Hmm, maybe all Chinese mixed white breeds look alike? *stares into mirror* Do I look like them?? 0.0

This was Mona before her 'transformation' from nerd to bitch. Geeky right??

and this is her after becoming Hanna's sidekick as one of the IT-girls in school...and also the bitchiest one.

Her fashion is as stylish as Hanna though she does not have as many appearances in the series hence the lack of pictures to show you guys!

probably not the best picture of her but I love the dress :)

So that ends my fourth (and probably last) installment of PLL fashion. I actually quite enjoy doing these posts so I may do more in the future once I'm done with Season 2 :)

PLL Fashion: Hanna Marin

Today we'll be looking at Hanna Marin's style which involves a lot of structured blazers.

The only blond in the bunch after Alison's death is this beauty here, Hanna. She's Alison's successor and became the instant "it girl" in school after her drastic weight loss.

Another thing about her dress style, she's always in glamorous and mature outfits like this simple top glammed up with sequins.

Another one of her mature outfits, high waist structured dress paired with...well what else that her usual blazers..

I remember this top! Perfect for a night out and i reckon she wears it better than the model in this picture :)

One of my favourites, structured bandage corset in red & white stripes...she wears it so well with that leather jacket!

Oh yes, I remember this red wedges, I can't remember what the scene was about but all I could focus on were those shoes! 

Another item that caught my eye, this bright pink dress with a gold zipper in front, paired with her usual blazer..everything she wears just look so good with blazers somehow! Or maybe blazers look good with everything?

Oooh, I remember this fringe top too..probably next on my to buy list if its ever available in Malaysia :)

PLL Fashion: Spencer Hastings

Hello everyone! Today's PLL Fashion is on Spencer Hastings, my second favourite character in PLL. Not because of her looks though..she has a really unique look where she sometimes look good and sometimes doesn't..but I absolutely love the character she's playing, the curious, misunderstood by her family, mystery solving Spencer :) 

My favourite picture of her...she looks beautiful here. Did I mention I love this dress??

The homecoming silver dress :) Not everyone can pull off strapless and not everyone can pull off silver, but she was able to rock this combination! You go girl!

Spencer is into more preppy fashion, probably due to parental upbringing since they are the richest family in town. You'll see a lot of tweed, checkered shirts, jackets etc on her...This particular tweed cardigan caught my eye..and I happen to have a similar one! yay!

In one of the first few episodes she wore this cotton grey blazer with maroon trimmings that I can't keep my eyes off! 

Her idea of a 'date' top, to a date she didn't end up going...The scene of her putting on this top, was probably the hottest scene of season 2 so far! lol

I remember this top because I wanted to get a printed shirt like that for the longest time but never saw any that's worthy enough...like this. 

One of those rare moments you'll see Spencer in a girly dress :)

PLL Fashion: Aria Montgomery

To those who do not know, I have lately been obsessed with a TV series called Pretty Little Liars. There are a few reasons why I love it so much..

1) It is a mix between Gossip Girl & Desperate Housewives (Read: Resolves around a bunch of high school girls, a murder of their best friend, playing detective and getting to the bottom of the murder while being stalked by an unknown person called A) Caught your attention yet? Yup it is a pretty original plot I must say...but it's based on a book so I guess that explains why.

2) The girls are effing hot!!! 

3) Their fashion is fabulous!!!

So yeah, I have compiled pictures of my favourite outfits from the show throughout Season 1 and half of Season 2. Aria Montgomery, my favourite character because of her looks! Gorgeous!! Plus, she's dating a teacher...scoreeee hahahaha

The RED Dress, worn on Aria & Ezra's first 'public' date at the museum. Hot! 

I fell in love with this full length lace dress the minute I saw it. Her green underlayer dress was matched nicely :) *tempted to get a dress like this too*

Marc Jacobs paisley dress. I fell in love with this cause of the back, seen below.

Another thing I like about Aria, her boots!!! she somehow always manage to mix grunge/rock boots with cute dresses and get away with it without looking odd! 

Fell in love with this basic stipey slouchy top. I love anything stripey and slouchy anyway so this is a no brainer :)

Oh yes, how can I forget her signature feather hair extensions!! nice??

I remember looking at this funeral scene and all I could focus on was her mismatched earrings. Spent a good 10 minutes figuring out whether it was mismatch on purpose and yes, turns out it is meant to be mismatched :) super loveee.

Ahhh...the 'Alison' dress at the Fashion Show :) sleek & elegant. what more can I say?

I am currently lusting over backpacks and when I saw this I just cant get my eyes of it!

LBD, chosen by Aria's mom cause it makes her look 'mature'. 

Lastly, I thought this was a unique piece cause it mixes sheer and crochet with a metal zip for Aria's signature 'rock-ish' look.

Lastly, this lookbook by WhoWhatWear caught my eye! Everything here looks preppy enough for school. I especially love the yellow stripe sweater and scallopy pink top! *lusts*

It is a cold day today, considering wearing my thickest Nike jacket to embrace the cool weather and the freezing lecture hall. Tuesdays are the only days we get to use the lecture hall..cause our classes are not big enough on normal days to occupy lecture halls #randomfact.
